Full Time; four years previous experience as a Manager, in a fine dining, a la carte, buffet, and fast food restaurant having gained a basic knowledge of all phases of restaurant management; responsible for assisting the Restaurant Operations Manager and General Manager in the overall successful coordination, administration and direction of all Food and Beverage activities within food venues in alignment with the policies, procedures and objectives of Gold Strike and in full accordance with all operational Policies, Procedures, Gaming Regulations, and Alcohol Beverage Control; two (2) year college education within a related field is preferred. Mississippi Gaming Badge required

Atrium Food Server
Full
swing and grave shifts available; Full Service/A La Carte Restaurant experience; One to two years high volume food service experience preferred; food serving experience preferred; must have ability to provide excellent customer service to guest; must possess the ability to suggest, serve, and up-sell food and drink items with your outlet.

Atrium Hostess/Cashier
Full
Experience in a fast paced, high volume operation required; some money handling experience required; excellent customer service skills required; must possess the ability to greet guests with warm hospitality and bids farewell; must insure a smooth operation and high level of service for all guests.

Atrium Sous Chef

5 years high volume production and food service preparation experience preferred. Some knowledge of Stratton warren system required; supervisory experience necessary.

Baker
Full
Bakery experience in a high volume hotel. Understand and comply with all company and departmental rules and regulations, policies and procedures. Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff. Ability to read, write, and communicates verbally in English. Ability to perform basic math. High school educations or equivalent required.

Bartender
Full
Minimum six- (6) month’s bartending experience in a high volume casino/ hotel/ nightclub required; strong knowledge of mixing cocktails liquors and wine; ability to work all shifts; maintain a current CARES alcohol awareness certification through employment; be professional and courteous at all times.

Beverage Assistant Manager
Full
Minimum three years management experience in high volume hotel and/or casino beverage department required; knowledge of all beverage equipment, computer skills, and excellent communication skills required; previous supervisory experience preferred. Mississippi Gaming Badge required.

Buffet Bus Person
Full
Full Time; must possess the ability to help in maintaining proper customer service in accordance with company standards; must be able to keep restaurant tables clean and properly set up; required to work in conjunction with Food Servers to insure proper guest service.

Lead Cook

Minimum 1 1/2 to 2 years experience in a high volume restaurant preferred; must have the ability to read & cook by recipes; knowledge of sanitation procedures; the ability to stand for long periods of time and some lifting required.

Master Cook

Must have ability to oversee all food preparation and kitchen service in restaurant assigned; responsible for the normal flow of operations on assigned work shift; minimum five (5) years experience in related culinary field; must be able to read, write, and understand English; math and computer skills required; proficient knowledge on use of related kitchen equipment and knife skills are required.

Room Chef

Responsible for supervising food preparation and presentation. ServSafe certified, 3 years culinary experience in high volume food & beverage operation, Culinary degree, ACF apprenticeship, or equivilant preferred

Room Service - Server

Excellent customer service and computer knowledge required; must be able to provide food and beverage service to room service guests in a timely manner; must possess the ability to maintain cleanliness throughout area.

SS Outlet Cook
