Frequently oversees and disseminates all pertinent Gold Strike information to clients, Independent Reps, Tour Operators, Travel Agencies, and/or Tour Representatives.
Constantly reviews and evaluates all contractual agreements.
Constantly responds to all requests from Directors and/or Vice President.
Constantly supervises marketing personnel in all aspects of operation including staffing, scheduling etc. Constantly ensures that National Marketing is operating at peak performance.
Constantly responds to correspondence and handles guest’s requests and complaints.
Constantly oversees decisions on hiring, discipline, vacations, terminations, etc., for National Marketing.
Constantly evaluating packages to be competitive with competition.
Frequently organizes direct mail programs for prospective clients.
Constantly booking, revising, and evaluating room blocks for overnight groups.
Constantly works with the hotel in order to provide excellent service for overnight tour groups.
Constantly maintains updated insurance and gaming certifications with all companies.
Constantly tracking play and profitability of each group.
Constantly developing and manage all group package programs.
Constantly developing relationships with operators and coordinators to increase Gaming & Hotel Revenue.
Constantly available to assist with problems, complaints, etc.
Occasionally required to travel in order to promote sales.
Occasionally assume additional responsibilities on an as needed basis.
Constantly answers phone calls from tour operators, travel agencies, and tour representatives.
Constantly processes and confirms all hotel reservations and day trip bookings from tour operators, travel agencies, and tour representatives.
Frequent Telemarketing to tour operators, travel agencies, and tour representatives.
Frequently runs daily player reports for tour operators, travel agencies, and tour representatives to determine commission if applicable.
Frequently assists in processing travel motorcoach groups upon arrival including, but not limited to greeting, and hotel check-in.
Constantly process and confirm bookings through contracts, deposits, and final payments.
One year previous casino & supervisory experience preferred.
One-year experience preferred in marketing, national marketing, or related field
Must have or be able to obtain a Mississippi Gaming permit.
